    There was a bug in my multisite installation… some of the menu item icons were not showing. This was because the Font Awesome icons were not being accessed. The Font Awesome files are located at mythosimprint.com. Sites like TheSchlub.com and TotallyNakedMan.com cannot get the files. Here is the fix I found at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26125030/font-awesome-icons-not-showing-in-chrome-a-maxcdn-related-cross-origin-resource

    # Allow access from all domains for webfonts.
    # Alternatively you could only whitelist your
    # subdomains like "subdomain.example.com".
    <IfModule mod_headers.c>
      <FilesMatch "\.(ttf|ttc|otf|eot|woff|font.css|css)$">
        Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
      </FilesMatch>
    </IfModule>

    So now I can see the Font Awesome icons.
